These terms describe the basic rules for using tryeluvo, including account responsibilities, content ownership, acceptable use, paid features, and how we may respond to misuse or safety concerns.
Last updated: September, 2026
By creating an account, publishing content, purchasing features, or otherwise using tryeluvo, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms. tryeluvo is designed to help people create personal pages and private digital experiences for meaningful moments.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share access in a way that creates misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access risks.
You keep ownership of the text, photos, designs, and other content you upload. You grant tryeluvo the limited rights needed to host, store, process, and display that content so the service can work as intended. You must only upload content you have the legal right to use and share.
Some features may require payment, including premium templates, additional publishing, advertising submissions, or other paid upgrades. Pricing, access, and limits may change over time. Unless required by law, fees for digital services already delivered or activated may be non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate feature activation, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
Payments on tryeluvo (such as additional page publishing fees, interactive paid blocks, and analytics unlocks) grant immediate access to digital services and server resources. Once a digital feature or page is activated/published, the service is considered delivered.
You may delete or unpublish your page at any time from your dashboard. However, cancelling or deleting a page does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previously consumed publishing or feature upgrade fees.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under specific circumstances, such as duplicate payment deductions, technical failures preventing service delivery where our system failed to unlock the purchased feature, or billing errors verified by our team.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
To request a refund or report a billing discrepancy, contact our support team at support@tryeluvo.com with your registered email, Payment ID, Order ID, and description of the issue.
