Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, build a page, upload content, contact support, or pay for a feature. The table below lists each category we hold, why we hold it, and how long we keep it.

- Page content such as titles, written messages, uploaded images, template selections, and settings.
- Optional private-page passwords, stored as a one-way hash rather than as plain text.
- Operational and analytics information such as page views, interaction events, device or browser details, and similar usage signals for published experiences.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, keep accounts working, render your pages, protect private experiences, process payments, support moderation and abuse prevention, and improve the product over time. We also use analytics data to help creators understand how their published pages are being opened and interacted with.

Private pages and passwords
tryeluvo includes private sharing options because many of the moments created here are personal. When you choose a private or password-protected experience, we use the information needed to protect access and keep the page limited to the people you intend to share it with.
- Private pages may require a password or restricted access flow.
- We do not display private content publicly unless you publish it in a public mode.
- Password-related data is intended to be stored in protected form rather than as plain-text secrets.
Infrastructure, payments, and service providers
We may rely on third-party providers to operate the product, including authentication, database and storage infrastructure, payment processors, and email providers. These providers help us deliver the service but only receive the information needed to perform their role.

Advanced custom content responsibility
tryeluvo may offer advanced custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript features for users who want more control. If you choose to publish custom code, you are responsible for the content and behavior you add, including scripts, forms, links, third-party embeds, or tracking behavior. You must only publish content you have the right to use and that complies with applicable law and platform rules.
- Do not use custom content for phishing, malware, harmful tracking, or deceptive behavior.
- Do not upload or publish illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit material where prohibited by platform rules.
- We may moderate, restrict, or remove content that creates safety, legal, or platform integrity concerns.
